The New Jersey Division of Taxation has unveiled a new mediation program to resolve corporation business tax and sales and use tax audits and disputes. Taxpayers can participate in the program beginning this fall.

On June 10 at 11AM, Reed Smith lawyers David Gutowski and Matthew Setzer will be hosting a webinar with Alan Kline, Counsel for the New Jersey Division of Taxation, to discuss the new program and what taxpayers need to know, including:
