The management of property tax portfolios is very complex. Corporate managers oversee the complicated processes and are faced with many internal and external challenges. This includes dealing with budgeting, compliance, litigation and managing external experts. Dealing with multiple sources of information, limited access to data, lack of standardization, consistency and effective internal communication is also very challenging.
