This session will provide an overview of the current state of administrative guidance relating to the corporate AMT, treatment of R&D costs under Section 174, the stock buyback tax, and other notable business tax provisions. Additionally, panelists will discuss the range of potential actions that the Trump administration may take with respect to each provision and the impact such changes may have on taxpayers.
