International Provisions

Robb Chase and Aaron Payne will offer insight into the changes to the international tax rules brought about in OB3. The webinar will highlight OB3’s revisions to the international tax provisions formerly known as Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI) and Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (FDII) and discuss the changes to the Base Erosion Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT); restriction of the scope of downward attribution; and other modifications to the CFC rules. In addition, the webinar will discuss global tax developments spurred by the proposed but withdrawn Section 899.
