COST, with a membership of over 500 multistate corporations, is dedicated to preserving and promoting equitable and nondiscriminatory state taxation of multi-jurisdictional entities. Dylan's role as Tax counsel includes overseeing COST’s advocacy efforts in the Western States. Before joining COST, Dylan was a Senior Tax Manager for ten years in the US Indirect Tax Planning group at COST-member company Amazon. Prior to joining Amazon, he was a Senior Policy Manager with the Interpretations and Technical Advice Division at the Washington State Department of Revenue. He holds a joint Juris Doctor/Masters of Business Administration from the J. Reuben Clark Law School/Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.
