The 39th Annual Meeting (including Members-Only Audit Sessions, Tax Policy Conference & Legal Symposium) will be at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa in Orlando, Florida.  The Tax Policy Conference and Legal Symposium will be an integral part of the Annual Meeting and will run concurrently through breakout sessions.  The extensive program will cover all types of state and local taxes that business taxpayers are confronted with today.  In addition to the ever-popular audit sessions, conference topics will range from Income/Franchise, Property and Sales & Use Taxes to Payroll & Employment Tax and Unclaimed Property issues.  The Annual Meeting begins the evening of Tuesday, October 21st and concludes at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, October 24th.  This conference is a must for state tax professionals seeking updates on key SALT issues and insight regarding state tax trends and opportunities.  Please note that the Audit Session portions of the conference, Task Force and Committee Meetings are open to COST Company Members only.
